Nearly every home we paint is lived in while we work. The plan covers where the furniture goes, which rooms stay usable and how the house is left at the end of each day, from Asheville down to Hendersonville and Flat Rock.

How the work goes
- 01
Walkthrough
We look at each room with you, talk through color and sheen, and give you a free estimate.
- 02
Protect
Floors get covered, furniture is moved and wrapped, and outlet covers and light fixtures come off.
- 03
Prep
Holes and cracks are filled and sanded, glossy trim is scuffed so paint grips, and stains are spot primed.
- 04
Paint
Ceilings first, then walls, then trim and doors, with the edges cut in by brush.
- 05
Finish
Covers and fixtures go back on, the rooms are cleaned, and we walk through it with you.

Interior painting questions
Do I need to move my furniture first?
No. Moving and covering furniture is part of the job. Put away art, electronics and anything fragile beforehand, since you know where those belong.
Can you paint just one room or one ceiling?
Yes. Small jobs are welcome, from a single bedroom to one ceiling or a run of trim.
Can you help me choose colors?
Yes. We can talk through color and sheen at the walkthrough. Most people bring paint store samples, and a test patch on the actual wall settles it fast.
