Power washing in Asheville & Hendersonville

Siding, porches, decks and concrete washed clean, on its own or as the first step before paint.

Power Washing

The first step of every paint job, and a job on its own

Pollen, red clay splash, mildew and road grime build up fast on mountain homes, most of all on shaded walls and porches under trees. A proper wash brings siding and concrete back and shows what actually needs paint.

Pressure is matched to the surface. Vinyl and painted wood get a gentler wash than concrete, and water is kept away from vents, outlets and window seals.

Questions

Power washing questions

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not when the pressure suits the surface. Siding and painted wood get a gentler wash than concrete, and nozzles stay clear of seams, vents and window seals.

Can I get a wash without painting?

Yes. Plenty of homeowners just want the house, porch or driveway clean before guests arrive or before a sale.

Should my deck be washed before staining?

Yes. Stain needs clean, dry wood to soak in, so washing comes first and the deck dries before any stain goes on.
